The idea

Your photographer shows you the day. Your guests show you how it felt.

The toast from the back table. Your grandmother on the dance floor. The thing your best friend whispered before the ceremony. No professional can be everywhere, but the people you love already are.

Guest Edit hands them beautiful, simple camcorders and turns what they capture into a film you will rewatch for decades. No phones. No feed. No chasing down footage from forty camera rolls.

Why Guest Edit

The footage only your people can get.

●

Every angle, not just one

Two to six cameras roaming at once means the ceremony, the cocktail hour, the dance floor and the corners nobody planned for.

●

Guests who are actually present

A camcorder with no feed to scroll. They film what matters to them, then put it down and celebrate with you.

●

A film, not a folder of clips

Every package includes a hand-edited film with story, music and color, plus every usable clip. You get something to watch, not hours to sort through.

●

Private from start to finish

Footage goes to a private gallery that only you control. Nothing is posted anywhere without you.

●

Local and personal

Based in Southwest Florida, so there is a real person behind your cameras, not a warehouse and a shipping label.

●

Made for the way you will remember it

Warm, candid, a little imperfect. The feel of a home movie, with the care of a studio edit.

Questions

Good to know.

Does this replace my videographer?

It can, or it can sit beside one. A videographer shows your day the way it was planned. Guest Edit shows how it felt to the people there.

Why not just have guests use their phones?

Phones pull people out of the moment and scatter footage across a dozen camera rolls. Guest Edit keeps everything in one place, delivered to you privately.

Will guests know how to use the cameras?

Yes. Each camera comes charged and ready, with a simple prompt card. If someone can press record, they can use it.

Who sees the footage?

You. It is delivered to a private gallery that only you control. Nothing is shared or posted without your say.

How many cameras do we need?

A good rule: one camera per 25 to 30 guests. The Two suits intimate weddings, The Four covers most receptions, and The Six is for larger celebrations or couples who want every corner covered.

Can I add the Keepsake Box to a smaller package?

Yes. The Keepsake Box is included with The Six and can be added to The Two or The Four. Ask us when you inquire.

Where do you serve?

Southwest Florida, including Naples, Fort Myers, Estero, Bonita Springs, Sanibel and Marco Island. Ask us about nearby venues.

How far ahead should I book?

As soon as you have your date. We keep a limited number of cameras per weekend, so popular dates go first.
